In this article, I’m going to appeal to your common sense. I beg you to be open minded and not swallow raw, everything the medical business is feeding you.
Why do I ask you to do that?
It’s simple. What is the first point, any official health site, discussing high blood pressure, tries to pressure?
Their task is to brain wash you that the only possible approach to lower hypertension is to use prescription medications. They may quickly mention other things you can do in combination with drugs. But the main focus is on medications.
And like taking medications for a while wasn’t enough, they also want to keep you on them for the rest of your life. It suppresses the symptoms. Doesn’t cure the illness.
And what do they claim to be the cause for hypertension?
No1 … They admit they don’t know
No2 … Genetics
No3 … Other illnesses
And if you forgot. Their treatment again…
Drugs, Medications, and again DRUGS!
Even the doctors themselves admit that most often they don’t know what’s causing the high blood pressure. But they refuse to look at any other method than using drugs.
But if you look at it rationally, you can figure out what causes hypertension in two seconds.
You’ve probably been in a situation where your blood pressure ski-rocket, haven’t you? Wasn’t it a very stressful situation you were dealing with when it happened?
When your body raises your blood pressure, it’s actually doing exactly what it should be doing. You see, in a stressful situations, your body jumps into an “Emergency” flight or fight mood.
This is a mechanism we need to have to deal with dangerous situations. Our forefathers depended on this mechanism to run away from or fight predators. In this fight or flight mood: your muscles tense up and blood pressure rises.
It isn’t your body that’s dysfunctional, it’s the world we live in. We’re faced with stressful situations, even life threatening situations, every day. In the big cities, surrounded by people we don’t know. They may be murderers for all we know. Our being is threatened.
Like that wasn’t enough. We’ve the pressure of keeping our standard in the society. And the dread of failing. Worries about money is probably the biggest stress factor known. Money dread kills more people than anything else I know about.
This is only an example. Anything you’re stressed about will roar your blood pressure. And most people have these nagging, worrying thoughts all day and all night.
So what can you do? There is very limited chance to drastically change the world. But you can take a few minutes brake!
And it’s actually quite easy. Giving your mind a few minutes focused brake is all it needs to recover. Your blood pressure drops drastically during these few minutes and stays down for a long time afterwards. You’ll feel relax and happy.
The best part is how quickly this works. Even people suffering from hyper high blood pressure are usually off medications and back to normal pressure within a week of working my exercises.

Is This A Good Idea?
Whilst the combining of Chinese herbal medicines into Coca-Cola is theoretically possible, the combination would make taking the Chinese herbal medicines more palatable. It is hoped that the cost of the Chinese herbal medicine-formulated Coca-Cola can reduce the price of the medicines currently available.
It is widely known that most Chinese herbal medicines are distributed not as raw botanicals, but as a concentrated powder form made from extractions of the raw material. This not only makes the medicine last longer, but makes it easy to mix in water, applesauce or tea. Since the powders are already used in liquids to administer, why not mix it into Coca-Cola?
The question is whether the Chinese herbal medicines powders will still be as effective in the planned line up of Coke drinks than taken as it is now. Coke plans to do a lot more research before putting any drinks on the market. Unlike most governments, Coca-Cola has the money for intensive research.
Coca-Cola isn’t just limiting production ideas of a new Chinese herbal medicine drink line to just fizzy soft drinks. They are also looking at the possibility of marketing ready made teas, bottled water, juices and energy drinks. Coca-Cola knows that people are being more health conscious and might turn from carbonated soft drinks altogether in the near future.
